Spring types

Helical compression springs

We offer springs in quantities from 1 piece to large series quantities. We will be pleased to help you design products according to standard EN13906 – 1:2013 and define the production process.

Dimensions

  • Wire diameter: 0.20 – 18.50 mm, material pre – hardened.
  • Wire diameter 18,50 – 30,00 mm, soft wire – hardening.
  • Wire cross section: round, oval, square, rectangular, special profiles.

Designs

  • Spring ends: closed and ground, closed and unground, open and ground, open and unground, special shapes.
  • Spring body: cylindrical, conical, barrel – shaped and special shapes.

Control

  • 100% length and diameter control with the option of sorting parts and automatic correction of parameters using a camera or sensors.
Extension springs

We offer extension springs in quantities from 1 piece to large series quantities. We will be pleased to help you design products according to standard EN13906 – 2:2013 and define the production process.

Dimensions

  • Wire diameter: 0.2 – 10.00 mm, material pre – hardened, (larger dimensions up to 20 mm on request).

Designs

  • Different eyelet positions and shapes according to standard.
  • For example: crossover loop, machine loop, D loop, no loop, hooked eyelet, threaded fitting, custom eyelet shapes.
  • Wire cross section: round, oval, square, rectangular, special profiles.

Control

  • 100% length and diameter control with the option of sorting parts and automatic correction of parameters using a cameras or probes.
Torsion springs

We offer torsion springs in quantities from 1 piece to large series quantities. We will be pleased to help you design products according to standard EN13906 – 3:2014 and define the production process.

Dimensions

  • Wire diameter: 0.2 – 18.00 mm.

  • Leg shapes: bent onto the spring body radially or tangentially.
  • Customized leg shape according to drawing.
  • Double torsion springs.
  • Wire cross section: round, square, rectangular, special profiles.

Control

Bent wire elements

We offer bent wire elements in quantities from 1 piece to large serial quantities produced on CNC machines.

  • Wire diameter: 0.2 – 10.0 mm.
