Torsion springs are elastic components designed to operate under torsional (twisting) loads. When force is applied to the spring’s legs, they twist around the axis of the coil, storing mechanical energy through elastic deformation. Once the force is released, they return to their original angular position. They are typically made from high-tensile spring steel wire with leg configurations adapted to specific mounting conditions and the direction of torque. We design and manufacture torsion springs based on customer-specific requirements – from single prototypes to full-scale production – taking into account parameters such as torque, working angle, wire diameter, outer diameter, number of coils, and leg geometry.
Wire diameter range: 0,20 – 8,00 mm
