TENSION SPRINGS

Tension springs are elastic components designed to operate under axial tensile loads. When stretched, they undergo elastic elongation and store mechanical energy, which is released when the load is removed, allowing them to return to their original length. They are typically manufactured from high-tensile spring steel wire and are equipped with standard end fittings such as loops, hooks, or other custom attachments for secure mounting. We design and manufacture tension springs according to customer-specific technical requirements – from prototypes to series production – taking into account parameters such as tensile force, working stroke, wire diameter, number of coils, and end types.
